Westminster Golf Club offers our dining room for many events during the year including; Weddings and Receptions, Corporate Parties, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Graduation Parties, and more!
Dining Room Rental Details
- Banquet Room Facilities60 persons or less – $300.00 – 60 persons or more – $450.00
- This fee must be paid before we will reserve the requested date of the event and will remain available until this fee is paid in full.
- All food and drink must be purchased from the club.
- 100 person max for inside restaurant.
- Additional seating available on the patio @ $5.00 for each additional seat
- There will be an additional charge of $10.00 per hour for each bartender. Two bartenders required for over 60 Guest (Minimum five hours each).
- A minimum of 50% of the total contracted price for food, bartender fees, and any other fees will be due 14 days prior to the event.
- The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event.
In the event of a cancellation by the client our refund schedule is a follows: More than 60 days notice full refund 30 to 60 days notice 50% of rental fee 15 to 30 days notice 25% of rental fees Less than 15 days NO refund given In the event the Club cancels the event there will be 100% refund.
